2. If you are paying an individual assessment for a Soror, Philo or Rhoer, please include the Individual's name and Membership ID in the corresponding field.  Also, please include the chapter/affiliate’s name they are associated with.

3. If you a General Member or Member at Large (you are not affiliated with a chapter), please indicate General or MAL in the Chapter/Affiliate Name field.

4. If you are paying the chapter/affiliate assessment on behalf of a chapter or affiliate group, please note: your payment options can be found below the individual payments.  Please include the chapter/affiliate's name .
